Develops the core management skills required to plan, lead, organise, and control within any business environment.
Ideal for: Junior managers, team leaders, supervisors and those aspiring to management roles.
Duration: 12 months / 34 contact days
Learning themes include: Leadership, performance management, problem solving, communication, time management, budgeting, ethics and customer service.
Equips current managers to lead other managers and team leaders with confidence, applying advanced management and leadership practices across four key domains – leadership, self-management, people management and management practices.
Ideal for: Experienced managers and those overseeing first-line managers or multiple teams.
Duration: 12 months / 35 contact days
Learning themes include: Leadership, people management, results-based management, financial management, diversity, conflict management and change management.
Kwelanga’s learnerships are designed for employed learners and are structured to ensure meaningful workplace application and measurable outcomes. Each programme is delivered to groups of a minimum of eight participants, ensuring engagement, collaboration, and practical impact.
