Post Course Report
For on-site training the facilitator can compile a group post course report covering the trainer’s observation and feedback, commenting on how the delegates received the training, motivation, team dynamics, and attitude of delegates. The report will also list any suggestions, strategies and recommendations that could assist the organisation and delegates achieve their goals following the training course to assist with long-term change in the workplace.

Training Assessments
Kwelanga Training offers both pre and post course assessments. These assessments are used to determine the candidate’s level of competence in a specific business skill. They can be applied for by those people who wish to be assessed against the unit standards in order to gain the credits available.
Our registered assessors will provide support and guidance to delegates on SAQA requirements, NQF Levels and Credits. They will assist delegates with assessment preparation and the submission of a portfolio of related evidence which Kwelanga Training will assess and moderate for evaluation.
