All delegates attending Kwelanga training courses receive a UNIQUE post course electronic "toolbox" containing electronic resources specific to the training intervention they have attended.
This USB memory stick is easy to access and can be kept handy for any situation when the electronic "toolbox" is required. Resources will include case studies, exercises, templates and other useful material to assist delegates implement the new skills they have acquired.
The post course information loaded on the Kwelanga Training USB Memory Stick will help learners to improve and reinforce the skills covered during the training. There are many exercises installed to help master the skills acquired during the course. Learners are encouraged to complete the exercises as part of their post course evaluation and to submit these completed exercises to management to further develop the transfer of skills into the workplace.
