We may not think of ourselves as negotiators, yet during the past month, I have negotiated finances with my husband, the purchasing of a pre-owned car, an employee to communicate with me more frequently, and with a bank about what I considered an unfair interest charge!
If I did not have the necessary negotiation skills I would certainly not have reached a win-win outcome!
